    Our best strategic partners are marketing agencies, SaaS providers, SEO agencies, domain hosting companies, website builders, and Yellow Pages companies that focus on SMBs.

    - Partners sell and service Leadzai’s product to end customers (SMBs)

    - Partners bundle Leadzai’s product alongside their digital product offerings (e.g. websites, SEO)

    Great partners should have:

    • An existing base of SMB customers;
    • A salesforce skilled in selling digital products;
    • A servicing or fulfilment team familiar with digital advertising.

  • What is a team and how can it be set up?

    Teams are added to the partner portal and are composed of either a single or multiple users. A user can be part of multiple teams. The team defines the object access of its users, meaning what advertisers and campaigns a user can see and manage. Teams are usually defined in the initial phase of the partnership and can be organized e.g. by territory, language, client packages etc. 

     

    For team creation, we need:

    • Currency;
    • Maxim credit,
    • Default markup (optional at creation stage, can be set up later);
    • Time zone;
    • Users e-mails to be added to the team.

  • What is a user and how can I add it to a team?

    A user is a member that is part of a team. A user and team cannot exist independently of each other. The permissions level is defined on the user level. A user can have full or limited editing/viewing permissions. The users usually gets added in the initial Partner platform creation. If you want to add more users throughout the partnership, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

  • Can I test the Leadzai platform and API first?

    Yes, we have a release environment, which acts like a playground environment that mirrors production and allows you to test all platform functionalities. In addition, we have the possibility to add fake reporting data, even though this is completely randomized.
