What are campaigns extensions, and why are they so important ?

Ad extensions are an excellent opportunity to add more information that helps reinforce the message of our advert and is relevant to the user.
Presenting extensions also means that the space occupied by the ad will be larger and so we'll probably achieve a higher CTR (Click Through Rate).

What type of extensions are available in the Leadzai UI? 

You can find our extensions in the “Ads and keywords” tab, then click on the “Advanced options” button, followed by  “Ad extensions”.

Leadzai platform supports six types of extensions:

• Call extension;
• Callout extension;
• Image extension;
• Location extension;
• Sitelink extension;
• Snippet extension.

Call extension

This extension allows you to include a phone number in your ad, making it easier for potential costumers to contact you directly. It’s particularly useful for businesses that rely on phone calls for conversions. 

Callout extension

Callout extensions allow you to highlight key selling points or unique features of your products or services. They help you increase visibility and encourage interaction with the user by providing valuable information.

 

Image extension

Image extensions allow you to include images next to your ads, making it more visually appealing. Visual content aligns with users more effectively than the text alone, so this extension can help you improve the performance of your ads and consequently increase engagement. 

On Leadzai platform, we have certain criteria that you must follow in order to create this extension.  

Location extension 

Location extension presents your business address, phone number, and map marker with your ad. They are specially important for business with physical stores / facilities, as they help the user to find your store easily and encourage them to visit your store.

 

Sitelink extension

Sitelinks extensions allow you to add ad additional links to specific pages of your website within the ad. This gives users more options to explore your website and find relevant information, products, and services faster. Sitelinks can improve the user experience and direct users to the most relevant landing page, increasing the possibility of generating conversions.

Snippet extension

Snippet extensions allow you to highlight specific aspects of your products or services, such as categories, features, or benefits. They provide additional context and information to the user, helping them make informed decisions and increase the relevance of your ads.
