What kind of Facebook permissions are needed to link my account?

There are two different scenarios we can encounter when linking a Facebook Page, that require different types of permissions:

1. Facebook Page without a Business Portfolio: The person connecting the page should only have full control of the page to be able to connect it;

2. Facebook Page with a Business Portfolio: The person connecting the page should have full control of the page AND full control of the Business Portfolio, to be able to connect it.
